SEG Automotive and Fersa present redrive at Rematec 2025 in Amsterdam

Premiere of the remanufactured redrive Renault Zoe HV engine

The first [Opens in a new tab] remanufacturing solution for the Tesla Model S drive unit under [Opens in a new tab] redrive was presented at last year’s Automechanika Frankfurt. Now, the next step is being taken with the introduction of the remanufacturing solution for the Renault Zoe electric motor. Both EVs have been in production for about a decade with already large numbers on the roads. Many of them are already out of manufacturer's warranty, creating interest in repair solutions in the aftermarket.

Visitors at the redrive booth have the opportunity to get a closer look of the Tesla Model S drive unit and the Renault Zoe electric motor and learn about the benefits of redrive and the remanufacturing process.

Both engines are remanufactured at the SEG Automotive plant in Treto, Spain.
